These Terms and Conditions apply to coaching sessions, bookings and services provided by MJ Elite Coaching (“MJ Elite Coaching”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
For players under the age of 18, the booking must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

Bookings for one-to-one and group coaching can be made through the MJ Elite Coaching website.
A booking is confirmed once:
All bookings are subject to availability.
Team coaching sessions are arranged directly with Mike and may be subject to separate arrangements depending on squad size, venue, duration and coaching requirements.
When booking a session, you may be asked to provide information including:

This information helps MJ Elite Coaching prepare an appropriate and safe coaching session.
The price of each session will be clearly displayed before booking.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through the website unless otherwise agreed directly with MJ Elite Coaching.
Prices may change from time to time. Any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please contact MJ Elite Coaching as soon as possible.
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rearranged to another available session or refunded.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session may be non-refundable because the coaching slot and facilities have been reserved specifically for that booking.
MJ Elite Coaching may, at its discretion, allow the booking to be moved where there are exceptional circumstances.
If a player does not attend a booked session without notice, the session will normally be treated as used and no refund will be provided.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Because coaching sessions are leisure services booked for a particular date and time, the usual 14-day cancellation period applying to some online purchases may not apply.

MJ Elite Coaching will try to provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Players should arrive in sufficient time to be ready for their scheduled session.
If a player arrives late, the session may still finish at the original scheduled finishing time because another booking may follow.
The full session fee may still apply.
Players should attend wearing appropriate football clothing and footwear suitable for the venue and playing surface.

MJ Elite Coaching may provide training equipment required for the session.
Football is a physical activity and involves an inherent risk of injury.
Players and parents or guardians must tell MJ Elite Coaching before a session about any medical condition, injury, allergy, disability or other relevant information that could affect safe participation.
Players should not take part if they are injured, unwell or have been advised by a medical professional not to participate.
MJ Elite Coaching may stop or modify a player's participation where there are reasonable concerns regarding their health or safety.
In an emergency, appropriate first aid may be provided and emergency services may be contacted where necessary.
MJ Elite Coaching aims to provide high-quality, player-focused football coaching.
However, player development depends on many factors including ability, attitude, practice, physical development and playing environment.
MJ Elite Coaching cannot guarantee:
Players are expected to behave respectfully towards:
Bullying, threatening behaviour, discrimination, deliberate dangerous conduct or repeated serious disruption will not be accepted.
Where necessary for the safety or wellbeing of others, MJ Elite Coaching may remove a player from a session.
The safety and wellbeing of young players is extremely important to MJ Elite Coaching.
Coaching involving children will be delivered in accordance with appropriate safeguarding practices.
Parents and guardians must provide accurate contact and emergency information when requested.
Any safeguarding concerns should be raised directly with MJ Elite Coaching.
MJ Elite Coaching may occasionally take photographs or video footage during coaching sessions for promotional, educational or social media purposes.
Images of children will not be used for marketing simply because these Terms and Conditions have been accepted.
Where consent is required, separate permission will be obtained from the appropriate parent or guardian.
Giving permission for photographs or videos is optional and is not a condition of receiving coaching.
Coaching takes place at third-party sporting facilities and venues.
Players and visitors must follow any reasonable rules imposed by the venue.
MJ Elite Coaching is not responsible for changes, closures or restrictions imposed by a venue that are outside our reasonable control.
Where such a change prevents a booked session from taking place, we will offer an appropriate rearrangement or refund.
Players and visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
MJ Elite Coaching cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence or where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
MJ Elite Coaching will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
MJ Elite Coaching will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.
We aim to ensure that information on the MJ Elite Coaching website is accurate and up to date.
Occasionally information including locations, availability, coaches, prices or session times may change.
Confirmed booking information will take priority where there is an accidental discrepancy on the website.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of a session or service, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

The version applying to your booking will normally be the version in force at the time the booking was made.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
